Born in Santa Monica, California, and raised in northern Virginia, Mark Paullin has over 22 years of civil and criminal litigation experience. He is licensed to practice law in both Virginia and Washington, DC.
Mark is a former Assistant Attorney General for the State of Virginia whose focus includes transportation law. He has over 10 years expertise in litigating tractor-trailer accidents. He also concentrates on civil litigation, corporate debt collection, judgment enforcement, mechanic’s liens, and criminal matters, as well as a concentration in insurance matters and construction claims. Mark was a participant as Trial Counsel in the Virginia Supreme Court 2009 and 2010 PreBench Orientation Program, in which recently appointed judges are trained and critiqued.
In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf and tennis, hunting, fishing and playing the trumpet. Mark enjoys traveling to South Dakota, where his parents were raised, to join with his father and son, brother, cousins and friends each year for an annual pheasant hunt.
He is married with two children. His daughter is a graduate of the University of Virginia and his son attends James Madison University. His wife is a graduate of Virginia Tech.
