28 Jun Plaintiff was passenger in T-bone crash $65,000 verdict
A plaintiff was the front-seat passenger in her husband’s Toyota sedan, which was in a T-bone crash by a vehicle going 60 MPH. Richmond Personal Injury Attorney Mark Paullin presented the case to a Chesterfield County, Virginia jury and won. A verdict amount of $65,000.00 was awarded to the plaintiff (which was $20,000.00 higher than the offer made by the insurance company and $10,000 higher than the demand).
